Thank you for choosing Perfect Pipe Plumbing, LLC (“Perfect Pipe Plumbing,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). We appreciate the opportunity to earn your trust and provide professional plumbing services for your home or property.

Our goal is simple: deliver exceptional workmanship, honest recommendations, clear communication, and a customer experience that reflects the professionalism our customers deserve. These Customer Service Agreement & Terms of Service (“Agreement”) establish the expectations and responsibilities of both Perfect Pipe Plumbing and the Customer so there are no surprises before, during, or after your plumbing service.

By requesting service, approving an estimate, authorizing work, accepting completed work, or making payment for services, the Customer acknowledges that they have read, understand, and agree to this Agreement.

1. Definitions

For purposes of this Agreement, the following definitions apply:

Company means Perfect Pipe Plumbing, LLC, including its owners, employees, technicians, subcontractors, and authorized representatives.

Customer means the property owner, tenant, authorized representative, property manager, or any individual requesting or authorizing plumbing services.

Property means the residence, building, structure, or premises where services are performed.

Estimate means the written description of the proposed work and associated pricing prepared by Perfect Pipe Plumbing.

Change Order means any modification to the original scope of work that requires additional labor, materials, equipment, permits, or time.

Covered Work means the plumbing services specifically described on the approved estimate or invoice.

Completion means the point at which the requested Covered Work has been substantially completed and the plumbing system or repaired component has been tested to the extent reasonably practical.

Manufacturer Warranty means any warranty offered directly by the manufacturer of a plumbing product or component.

2. Our Standards of Professional Service

Perfect Pipe Plumbing is committed to providing every customer with a professional, respectful, and transparent service experience.

When performing work, we strive to:

  • Treat your home with care and respect.
  • Clearly explain the condition of your plumbing system and available repair or replacement options.
  • Present recommendations honestly without high-pressure sales tactics.
  • Perform work using quality materials and accepted industry practices.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Test completed repairs or installations whenever reasonably practical.
  • Stand behind our workmanship as described in our Limited Warranty.
  • Communicate openly if unforeseen conditions are discovered during the course of the work.

While every plumbing system is different and unforeseen conditions can occur, our commitment is to provide recommendations that we believe are in the Customer’s best interest.

3. Authorization for Work

By requesting plumbing services from Perfect Pipe Plumbing, the Customer authorizes Perfect Pipe Plumbing to perform the requested services and acknowledges responsibility for payment of all approved work.

Authorization may be provided through any of the following methods:

  • Signed estimate or proposal.
  • Electronic signature.
  • Approval through Perfect Pipe Plumbing’s operational platform or another electronic platform.
  • Email authorization.
  • Text message authorization.
  • Recorded telephone authorization, where applicable.
  • Verbal authorization provided to a Perfect Pipe Plumbing representative while onsite or by telephone, provided such authorization is documented in Perfect Pipe Plumbing’s service records.
  • Any combination of the foregoing that reasonably demonstrates the Customer’s intent to authorize the work.

When verbal authorization is provided, Perfect Pipe Plumbing may document the authorization within its service records, including the date, approximate time, amount authorized, the individual providing authorization, and the scope of work approved.

The Customer acknowledges that work may begin immediately following authorization unless otherwise agreed.

4. Estimates and Pricing

Unless otherwise stated in writing, estimates are based upon conditions that are reasonably visible and accessible at the time of inspection.

Pricing includes only the work specifically described within the estimate.

Unless otherwise stated, estimates do not include:

  • Repairs to concealed damage.
  • Restoration of drywall, flooring, cabinetry, paint, tile, concrete, landscaping, or other finish materials.
  • Permit fees.
  • Government inspection fees.
  • Additional work requested after approval.
  • Work required due to concealed plumbing or structural conditions discovered during service.

Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing. Material costs, manufacturer pricing, code requirements, and other factors may require updated pricing after the expiration of the estimate.

5. Discovery of Concealed Conditions

Many plumbing systems are located within walls, ceilings, floors, crawlspaces, attics, slabs, or underground where conditions cannot be fully evaluated before work begins.

During the course of performing services, Perfect Pipe Plumbing may discover previously concealed conditions including, but not limited to:

  • Corroded or deteriorated piping.
  • Hidden water damage.
  • Structural deterioration.
  • Improper prior plumbing installations.
  • Plumbing code violations.
  • Root intrusion.
  • Broken or collapsed piping.
  • Unsafe electrical conditions affecting plumbing equipment.
  • Mold, mildew, or other conditions requiring additional evaluation.

If concealed conditions are discovered, Perfect Pipe Plumbing will notify the Customer as soon as reasonably practical. Additional repairs or services required as a result of concealed conditions shall be considered work outside the original scope and may require a revised estimate and additional authorization before work proceeds.

6. Change Orders

Any work requested by the Customer that falls outside the original approved scope of work shall be treated as a Change Order.

Whenever reasonably practical, Change Orders will be documented before the additional work begins.

Verbal authorization for Change Orders may be accepted when documented by Perfect Pipe Plumbing in accordance with Section 3 of this Agreement.

Additional work may affect the total project cost, completion time, and warranty coverage applicable to the additional services performed.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure safe, efficient, and successful completion of the requested services, the Customer agrees to:

  • Provide safe and reasonable access to the work area during the scheduled appointment.
  • Ensure that an individual eighteen (18) years of age or older is present to authorize work, approve Change Orders, and accept completed services unless otherwise agreed in advance.
  • Secure pets and maintain a safe work environment for Perfect Pipe Plumbing personnel.
  • Disclose any known plumbing issues, prior repairs, hazardous conditions, or property conditions that may affect the work being performed.
  • Promptly notify Perfect Pipe Plumbing of any concerns regarding the completed work.
  • Provide access to water, electricity, gas, and other utilities reasonably necessary to perform the requested services unless otherwise agreed.
  • Remove or protect valuable personal property located near the work area whenever reasonably practical.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing shall not be responsible for delays, additional labor, or additional costs resulting from the Customer’s failure to satisfy these responsibilities.

8. Access to Property

The Customer is responsible for providing reasonable access to all plumbing components requiring inspection, repair, replacement, or installation.

If access is restricted due to furniture, storage, finished construction, locked areas, landscaping, vehicles, personal belongings, animals, or other obstructions, additional labor charges may apply if additional time is required.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing is not responsible for moving furniture, appliances, stored belongings, personal property, or other obstacles unless specifically included within the approved scope of work.

Where plumbing systems are concealed within walls, ceilings, floors, crawlspaces, attics, slabs, or underground, additional demolition or access work may be necessary to complete the requested repair.

9. Scheduling, Arrival Windows, and Delays

Perfect Pipe Plumbing schedules appointments using estimated arrival windows rather than guaranteed arrival times.

  • Equipment failures.
  • Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If significant delays occur, Perfect Pipe Plumbing will make reasonable efforts to notify the Customer as soon as practical.

If the Customer is unavailable upon arrival or prevents access to the work area, Perfect Pipe Plumbing reserves the right to reschedule the appointment. Additional trip charges may apply where permitted by law and disclosed in advance.

10. Payment Terms

Unless other payment arrangements have been approved in writing, payment is due upon completion of the approved work.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing may require full or partial payment prior to ordering special-order materials, equipment, or fixtures.

Accepted methods of payment may include:

  • Cash
  • Personal or business check
  • Credit or debit card
  • Electronic payment
  • Approved financing
  • Other payment methods approved by Perfect Pipe Plumbing

Returned checks, reversed electronic payments, disputed credit card charges determined to be without merit, or other failed payments may be subject to applicable fees permitted by law.

The Customer agrees to pay all amounts due for authorized work, including approved Change Orders.

Failure to make payment when due may result in suspension of warranty service until the account is brought current, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Nothing contained in this Agreement limits Perfect Pipe Plumbing’s right to pursue lawful collection of unpaid balances.

11. Photographs, Video, and Service Documentation

To ensure accurate recordkeeping, quality assurance, technician training, warranty administration, insurance support, and customer protection, Perfect Pipe Plumbing routinely documents plumbing systems and completed work through photographs, video recordings, written notes, diagnostic reports, pressure readings, sewer camera recordings, and other documentation methods.

By authorizing service, the Customer authorizes Perfect Pipe Plumbing to create and retain documentation reasonably related to the services being performed.

Such documentation will be handled in accordance with our privacy practices and applicable law.

Marketing and Promotional Use

Perfect Pipe Plumbing may use photographs or videos of completed work for educational, marketing, advertising, social media, website, or promotional purposes provided that the images do not intentionally identify the Customer or disclose personally identifiable information.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying identifiable information such as:

  • Customer names.
  • Property addresses.
  • Family photographs.
  • License plates.
  • Mail or packages.
  • Personal documents.
  • Faces or identifiable individuals, unless separate permission has been granted.

If Perfect Pipe Plumbing wishes to use photographs or videos that identify the Customer, the property, or any individual, separate written consent will be obtained before such materials are used for marketing or promotional purposes.

12. Customer-Supplied Materials

When the Customer elects to provide plumbing fixtures, faucets, toilets, water heaters, valves, filtration equipment, or other materials, Perfect Pipe Plumbing warrants only its workmanship associated with the installation.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing is not responsible for:

  • Product defects.
  • Incorrect sizing.
  • Compatibility issues.
  • Missing parts.
  • Manufacturer defects.
  • Delays resulting from unavailable or defective Customer-supplied materials.

Additional labor required because of defective or incompatible Customer-supplied materials may be billed separately.

13. Limited Warranty

Perfect Pipe Plumbing provides a separate Limited Warranty governing workmanship, covered materials, warranty periods, exclusions, limitations, and warranty claim procedures.

The Customer acknowledges receipt of, or the opportunity to review, the Perfect Pipe Plumbing Limited Warranty, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference.

In the event of any inconsistency between this Agreement and the Limited Warranty regarding warranty coverage, the Limited Warranty shall control.

14. Electronic Communications and Records

The Customer agrees that Perfect Pipe Plumbing may communicate regarding appointments, estimates, invoices, payment confirmations, warranty matters, and other service-related communications by telephone, voicemail, email, text message, or electronic communication platforms.

Electronic approvals, electronic signatures, documented verbal authorizations, and electronic communications relating to the requested services shall have the same force and effect as handwritten signatures to the extent permitted by applicable law.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Perfect Pipe Plumbing’s liability arising out of or relating to the services provided shall be limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the specific Covered Work giving rise to the claim.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing shall not be responsible for:

  • Pre-existing plumbing defects or conditions not reasonably discoverable during the original service.
  • Damage resulting from the failure of plumbing components that were not repaired or replaced by Perfect Pipe Plumbing.
  • Damage resulting from Customer misuse, neglect, abuse, lack of maintenance, unauthorized modifications, or repairs performed by others.
  • Loss of use of the Property.
  • Loss of income or business interruption.
  • Damage to personal property that was not caused by the negligent acts or omissions of Perfect Pipe Plumbing.
  • Delays caused by manufacturers, suppliers, utility providers, governmental agencies, weather events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Nothing contained in this Agreement shall limit liability where such limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

Government inspection schedules are controlled by the applicable authority having jurisdiction and are outside the control of Perfect Pipe Plumbing.

Perfect Pipe Plumbing performs work in accordance with applicable plumbing codes in effect at the time the work is performed. Existing plumbing systems may contain previously installed conditions that do not comply with current plumbing codes. Unless specifically included within the approved scope of work, Perfect Pipe Plumbing is not responsible for correcting unrelated pre-existing code violations.

18. Customer Satisfaction and Opportunity to Correct

Perfect Pipe Plumbing is committed to resolving legitimate customer concerns promptly and professionally.

If the Customer believes the services performed are incomplete, defective, or otherwise unsatisfactory, the Customer agrees to notify Perfect Pipe Plumbing and provide a reasonable opportunity to inspect and, when appropriate, correct the issue before engaging another contractor to perform corrective work, except where immediate emergency repairs are reasonably necessary to prevent substantial property damage.
